The designers of Mission View Terrace really did a great job of designing this neighborhood to enhance as many views of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountain Range as possible for each homesite. Built on a hillside, curved much like an amphitheater, there are view homes, and then along the shores of Flathead Lake, are a selection of homes for sale with frontage.
There is an ample parkland area that includes 300 ft of frontage with a gravel beach; Someone had the good idea of adding a putting green. A dock system hosts owners boats; some owned and a selection leased annually. There are a few vacant lots left for sale but most of the neighborhood has been built out. Mission View Terrace is located between Somers and Lakeside, MT on the westshore of Flathead Lake. There are usually few homes or homesites for sale in this neighborhood.
