There are five wonderful condominium complexes on the shores of Flathead Lake in Polson. Four front right on the lake and the fifth one, River Landing fronts on the protected Flathead River with only a quick ride north to the main body of the lake. Polson living is especially great as there are more days of sunshine on this part of the lake and its generally a little bit warmer than further north. Many folks who live year round in Missoula find having a condo on the south end of the lake super convenient as they can be there for the weekend in a little over an hour. Likewise, living in Polson gives one the option of flying out of Missoula or Glacier International airport in Kalispell.
