Right on the shores of Flathead Lake’s Bigfork Bay is the Marina Cay complex consisting of 4 unique residential condo buildings and separate Marina Cay Estates. Two of the condo buildings sit right down on the water … The Waterfront Building and the Bay Building, offering studios and up to 2 bedroom units. Next up the hill is the aptly named Hill Building where you have views of Flathead Lake and generally slightly bigger units. On streetside, there is the Courtyard Building where there are more “affordable” condos for sale with an inner courtyard.

Homeowners often opt to have their units available for rent for nightly rentals (like a hotel) handled by Marina Cay Resort – the on-site management company. Or, homeowners could use a local rental management company or self manage through online websites like VRBO or AirBnB etc. Owners can anticipate to have fairly consistent summer rentals, however owners should expect only spotty rentals throughout the remaining Fall, Winter & Spring months (low season).

Homeowners dues are based on the size of each unit and can vary year to year. There is a discount of 10% if they are paid annually.

Onsite amenities can be enjoyed like the waterfront bar, restaurant, boat rentals and pool (some restrictions apply depending on management contracts.)

Marina Cay Estates is the newer addition to the complex, built on the ridge to the east. These upscale units range from one to three bedrooms and have high end finishes. A separate pool is available for owners in this section. Pop out onto Grand Avenue and you are just a couple minutes walk down the hill into the village of Bigfork.
