Set in the middle of a fantastic golf course, the Northern Pines community is like a golf paradise island! This pretty neighborhood consists of only 28 homesites so there is a real sense of community. It is located just a few miles north of Kalispell and minutes from the frequented amenities like groceries, shopping, Costco (of course!) and the movie theater. There are views all around of the surrounding hillsides, the golf course, mountains to the north and east and the Stillwater River which meanders nearby to the west. Built in 1996 the course was designed by Andy North (two times US Open Champion) and Roger Packard. There are many homes already built (some have graced the annual Parade of Homes) along with a variety of homesites still available. Lots are services by paved roads, a community water system and individual septics.
