One of the great things about computers is the statistics they can generate after a few keystrokes. Google Analytics, a software that helps business track web usage, is a tool we utilize to see the activity on our website, including where the traffic is coming from. Oftentimes local sellers are wondering what the Canadian impact is on real estate sales. Without this analytical tool it would be mostly anecdotal, but now we can actually see some of the changes that have happened over the last few years. Here is the traffic changes for our northern neighbors as it relates to viewing our real estate website:
100% growth in 4 years
Percentage of views originating from Canada:
2009: 9.8%
2010: 14.3%
2011: 16.9%
2012: 19.7%
There is some definite growth there!
