A lot of people have been asking me about what the market is like for waterfront properties. I did a little research and wanted to share some interesting information with you today. For example, 56 of the 80 waterfront properties that sold in the last six months did not have a price reduction. Those homes sold in an average of 32 days for 99.7% of their list prices.
